Consumer.Com.My* is One-Stop Free Public Service Website for Consumer.

Founded in Year 2004, Consumer.Com.My is Malaysia First Ever Website who allows consumers to freely express their personal experiences and publish through the Power of Internet.

“If it is not right to you, how can it be good for others? Don’t wait, Just Speak UP !”

Consumer.Com.My’s basic service is letting disgruntled consumers post their gripe on the website for public viewing. Posters may also choose to auto-forward a copy of the complaint to the seller, who can choose to reply publicly on the website or personally.

Consumer.Com.My provides a platform for Consumers and Business to communicate and discuss openly on the internet, while web surfers are able to comment on the topic.

Started posting barely on complaints, Consumer.Com.My finds that there is a need to provide space for consumer to post their compliments to the Business who are actually treating well to their customer, too!
